Elisabeth Dearni is a psychology student who has a deep interest in mental health and self-growth. To support her interest, she builds Dari Mata Kaki, a community aims to raise the mental health awareness and to become a safe space for youth to support one another's personal growth.

During her collegfe life, she is involved in several youth-led organizations in Semarang and engaged in various student activities as the Speakers. She believes the power of community in enabling emotional support, building meaningful relationships, exchanging knowledge and skills that leads to personal development and improving well-being. Untill now, she continously engaged in advocating for better mental health and self-development among youth

Shafa Azahra Sirega

CEO Mengajar Desa

Shafa Azahra Siregar is a youth advocate who has put so much concern in social issues, including mental health. The stigma on Mental Health back in the day was still far from positive, from there, Shafa decided to speak it out in her first ever writing about “The Importance of Mental Health” that reached more than 50K people worldwide. She has been actively writing and speaking up on her social media about mental health ever since.

Shafa has been involved in several social projects until today. Currently, her running project is in the Education Sector as the CEO of Gerakan Mengajar Desa Indonesia – The biggest education movement which focuses on shaping awareness of education for society in the village. She believes with good education, a good mindset will be formed. Now Gerakan Mengajar Desa Indonesia has impacted more than 15K people across 144 cities/regencies and 30 provinces in Indonesia.

Her movements bring her to experience the thing that she likes too – brainstorming and connecting ideas with lots of people. So, aside from being active in conferences and group discussions, until now, she has been invited and spoken in more than 100 both national and international events.

Author of Filosofi Teras's Book

Henry Manampiring is an advertising practitioner specializing in brand strategy and communications. Henry has worked in large multinational companies and advertising agencies such as Coca-Cola Indonesia, Facebook, Leo Burnett, and Ogilvy. Henry Manampiring holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Padjadjaran University and continues his Master of Business Administration program at the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Henry Manampiring is also a book writer. A very popular book is the book Filosofi Teras (2019). The Terrace Philosophy book explains the Ancient Greco-Roman philosophy that can help overcome negative emotions and produce mental toughness in dealing with life's problems. Humans can find peace in the face of "noise" in carrying out activities. One way to find peace can be found with self-control in the style of the Teras Philosophy. This book became a best-seller in the self-development category for all ages. In addition, The Alpha Girl's Guide became another best-seller by Henry Manampiring. His most recent book at this time is Black 2045.

Henry Manampiring is also a social media activist who is often called “Om Piring”. He interacts a lot with the younger generation through social media to find out the hot topics being discussed as one of the inspirations in writing books.

Shakira Amirah

Founder Dari Mata Kaki

Shakira Amirah is a medical student at the University of Indonesia. She has concerns regarding the physical and mental health of the society during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is the initiator and also the founder of the Isolasinfo application which aims to help people who are undergoing self -isolation with mild symptoms or wihout symptoms. As a youth, she has interest in scientific writing and medical education, also involved in various events as a speaker and has received more than 29 honors and awards.

The high number of sufferers of physical and mental health problems during the pandemic was one of the factors that prompted the creation of innovation to face the pandemic situation. COVID-19 positive confirmed cases per day have decreased, but the number of COVID-19 patients undergoing self-isolation needs to be undertaken. In this digital era with technological sophistication encourages her even more about establishment of even information dissemination to society. She is eager to give major contribution for that problem through the forming of innovation in this disruption era.

Ahmad Fuadi

Author Negeri 5 Menara, Ranah 3 Warna, Rantau 1 Warna. Awardee of Fulbright and Chevening

Ahmad Fuadi is a novelist, social worker and former journalist from Indonesia. He has won the Anugerah Pembaca Indonesia in 2010 for his novel Negeri 5 Menara which is considered to be able to foster enthusiasm for achievement. The second novel is a trilogy of "Negeri 5 Menara", "Ranah 3 Warna" and "Rantau 1 Muara". Ahmad Fuadi is also the founder of the Menara Community, which is a social foundation to help the less fortunate in education, especially for pre-school age.

Ahmad Fuadi has won many awards from each of his novels. The novel Negeri 5 Menara received the Best Fiction Book award from the Indonesian National Library in 2011. His book entitled "Anak Rantau" became a best seller with sales of more than 20 thousand copies

Not only accomplished as a writer, Ahmad Fuadi excelled by getting a Fulbrigt scholarship to study for a master's degree in the School of Media and Public Affairs, George Washington University. And he also received a Chevening scholarship to study at Royal Holloway, University of London for documentary films.

Muhammad Rizki Fahrurozzi is a CEO and Founder of Boleh Dicoba Digital (BDD). He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology form Maranatha Christian University and Master of Business Administration and Management from Pelita Harapan University.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the economy in Indonesia, including micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). One alternative that can make them survive is shifting to digital. There are many businesses in Indonesia that require digital marketing. Business opportunities to help a digital marketing business are not always about e-commerce. As long as the problem can be solved with technology, there are always opportunities to create new business. He built a digital marketing agency to help Indonesian MSMEs and small entrepreneurs in Indonesia to grow and develop more broadly with existing technological developments.
